RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. Admission is open to all trainees males and females who would be considered fit for the course. Admission cannot however be demanded as a matter of right.

2. Habitual Ignorance to the training and failure to secure 90% attendance in each month will be liable for termination of the course.

3. At the time of admission in the Institution the trainees and parents/guardians will have to sign a declaration that they will abide by the rules and regulations of the admission.

4. Trainees must maintain decorum and discipline inside the Institution case of damage to furniture, equipment and other property of the Institution; cost will be charged from the trainee/trainees responsible for it.

5. All the trainees are expected to keep their classrooms neat, clean and in order.

6. Smoking/gutkha/chewing tobacco and use of alcohol are strictly prohibited in an around the vicinity of the Institution an also cell phone should be put off in the classroom.

7. Trainee who has been unreasonably absent or late in class or practical will not be allowed to enter in the class/workshop without the Teacher’s permission.

8. The Institution office must be informed by the students in case of any, change of address whether local or permanent.

9. Severe disciplinary action will be taken against the trainee who indulges in teasing the girl’s students or consuming alcohol/restricted drugs while in the Institution.

10. Disciplinary action will be taken against trainee such as:- habitual late comer/ laziness in the class/ workshop, absence without permission, irregular attendance and after repeated warnings, failure to respond promptly to official notice, disobedience, objectionable conduct in the Institution, sufficient reasons will also be liable for disciplinary action.

11. Institution is not responsible for any accident or injury sustained during the training period due to carelessness or over confidence of the trainee/trainees also for the loss of books, money, instruments, tools cloths and other articles. The trainees must take care of their own things/belongingness.

12. Theft cases and any assault case amongst trainee will be reported to local police for investigation. Suspected names of the trainees involved will also be forwarded to the police by the Teacher/Secretary for investigation.

13. Any Trainee who does not maintain 90% Attendance & does not clear fees/charges dues will not be eligible to appear in the Examination.

14. All the trainees need to pay their remaining fees of course in installment of minimum Rs.1000/- INR, for every next month. Trainees will get registered certificate only when all dues of fee have been cleared. After that only trainee will be allowed to perform his/her duties.

15. Institution reserve the right to alter/cancel any/all courses without any assigning any reason or notice.

16. The fees structure is subject to change at any time by the Institution if the situation so demand. Fees once remitted will not be refunded under any circumstances, no matter the candidate has attended the class or not.

17. The Institution may take legal proceeding for serious breach of contract on the part of the trainees and such proceedings shall be filed in Saket Court of New Delhi.
